A Very Warm Welcome

A few of you know me, many of you know of me, and some of you should get to know me. I'm Alán, it's like Alana without the uh. Of course it looks like "Allen" - but I just told you, it's Alán.

You'll probably have the luxury of learning more about me, but until then, sit back and enjoy the ride. A lot of you may know that I have a special love for writing. Writing for me is almost like therapy; although, I wouldn't replace my current therapist for writing at all.

Expect the truth, expect to think, expect to learn. Moreover, expect to agree to disagree, expect to feel a multitude of emotions as I take you through mine, expect a ride. Expect questions, comments, and free speech- I've allowed an option for comments and more personal contact for more thoughts and questions. There is nothing better than the feeling of learning and understanding. The things I share will likely intensify as I grow more comfortable with my 'audience.'

Respect my feelings, my truth, my experiences, my hurt, my happiness, and me.
